Our Vision

The vision of the school is to create a learning environment where growth of the child through education is inherent to the approach. Through the change in education we aim towards the various possibilities that can be implemented for a holistic development of the child. Shivalik Public School recognizes each child as an individual; that all children are creative; that all children need to succeed. Hence, Shivalik Public School respects the individual needs of the children; fosters a caring and creative environment; and emphasizes the social, emotional, physical and intellectual development of each child. The school seeks to create a challenging learning environment that encourages high expectations for success through appropriate instruction that allows for individual differences and learning styles. Working in fellowship with the family, we strive to achieve mutual respect for all, healthy self – discipline, creative and cooperative learning experience. It is our mission to prepare each child to not only serve the immediate community, but also the world communities, recognizing that today’s children are tomorrow’s leaders. The school community endeavors to form young women and men of all faiths who will involve themselves in the restructuring of a more just society.
